You know those dreams you think will forever be a dream?
Those big ideas you have that you’d love to see happen, but just aren’t sure HOW to do it?
That was the Conference Intensive for me.
Over the last 2 years, I have learned so much about what it takes to host an educational experience – whether it be a conference for over 100 creatives, an online coaching program, an online summit for wedding planner’s and even hosting an in-person workshop in 2015!! I’ve done A LOT and truly LOVED it all – even though I learned HARD lessons along the way.
This winter, I posted on FB to see if friends & colleagues would be interested in the content I desperately wanted to share. 75 emails later, I figured people were!:) And just like that, in the span of 48 hours, the Conference Intensive was born!!
I was able to walk 9 boss ladies through the ends & outs of hosting a workshop or educational experience. We talked a lot about WHY we want to do it, ways to make a passion project profitable and just what they can expect in terms of budgeting, pitching to speakers & launching their experience.
After 4 weeks of online content, 5 of the ladies joined me in Tybee Island for a in-person implementation. We continued to discuss the online modules, added even more information to their notebooks & talked through “next steps” mastermind style!
Y’all.
It was unforgettable!
Watching their light-bulb moments was hands-down my favorite thing!! Hearing them tearfully open up about their insecurities, questions & doubts made me realize that doing it TOGETHER is ALWAYS better!!!
I created this intensive because 2 years ago I longed for this. It’s the same reason why I created On The Road To Full Time!! (Do you see a pattern here?! I tend to create what I WISH I had when I started!!!)
