Last week, my team and I oversaw 5 Black Friday sales!! I still can’t believe we got to help five amazing business owners plan and execute their sales. It was a busy few weeks (to say the least) leading up to Black Friday but it feels SO GOOD to see how things went!!!

Collectively, all of the sales my team worked on brought in OVER 70k in revenue!!! WOAH. I’m thrilled for my clients and SO HAPPY to see the hard work pay off in terms of the business owners they are serving with their products, and the revenue helping their own businesses!!

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me sharing a little bit from behind the scenes of this work. But, I thought it might be fun to dive a little deeper into what I mean when I say we “oversaw” these sales! 

Integrator Behind the Scenes: Black Friday Sales

We’ve talked about what I do as an integrator before (check out this post & this one!). But, I haven’t had the chance to talk about sales like this before. So let’s break it down! My Integration Agency can do quite a few things for you and your biz!! When it comes to sales, specifically, this is typically how it goes: 

I oversee the high level details, copywriting & management of the team. I work with my client on the dates of the sale, the main marketing push and the overall goals of the sale. Then I integrate within my team and we handle everything from: 

  • Email copy (writing + scheduling) 
  • Social media graphics (creation + scheduling) 
  • Kajabi set-up (getting your product ready for the sale)
  • Shopify set-up (getting your product ready for the sale)
  • Deadline Funnels (creating urgency within your emails + website)
  • Zapier set-up (making sure all automations are on track & working properly)
  • Minor edits in Showit (updating sales pages, etc) 

I create a Trello board to oversee the project for you and your business. Then I pass off information to the team, delegating as needed & making sure all tasks are being completed on time. We take care of all of those little pesky details so you don’t have to. And really, what’s better than that?!

Rebecca has a team of full time employees and so for her sale, I integrate within HER team!! Not all of my clients have a large team and when that’s the case, MY team works on YOUR business FOR you! Rebecca’s team is incredible so in her business, I work within HER team but for my other clients who don’t have a team, my amazing team handles all the BTS! 

You can think of my Integration Agency like a business coach on steroids – you get the high level strategy ALONGSIDE the implementation! I’m thrilled with the results of our Black Friday sales for clients (total revenue for all sales combined was almost six figures!). Knowing that I had a hand in that – along with my team – is just SUCH a great feeling!
