Last year, Megan and I launched the Business Intensive – an in person intensive for boss ladies ready to buckle down & see big results!
Our goal with the intensive is to provide attendees with the tools they need to create & launch a new offer to their business, whether that be to launch a passive income shop, create a course or create a new service. We walk our attendees through a step-by-step process of building brand awareness around the new offer, creating content to push the offer & overall launch & sell the offer. We talk about Email Marketing Strategies, Content Planning Techniques, Copywriting Tips and overall Launch Strategies specific to the offer they have.
We’ve had past attendees launch courses, launch new services, launch a YouTube channel and launch a brand new business … it’s been SO amazing to watch our girls have lightbulb moments while there & make big things happen when they leave!!
If you follow Megan and I online, we’re very much a yin & yang friendship. We both share a love for the color pink but besides that, we’re pretty opposite! 😉 I’m Type A; she’s Type B. I love a good plan; she’s very adaptable. I’m the cryer and she’s, well, not the one to cry with, ha! 🙂 But even though we have some polar opposite tendencies, our friendship is grounded & strong. We balance each other and bring out the best in each other; and I like to think that when we lead together we bring out the best in those around us!!
While our opposites are strong, Megan and I DO share a commonality that’s a cornerstone of the intensive: we both share the StrengthsFinder strength of Activator. To put it simply: activator’s always ask: “when can we start?”! We are ready to make it happen, yesterday! 😉 As Gallup puts it: “You are impatient for action. You may concede that analysis has its uses or that debate and discussion can occasionally yield some valuable insights, but deep down you know that only action is real. Only action can make things happen. Only action leads to performance.”
When we joined forces to host the Business Intensive we knew “taking action” was something we both wanted to make a priority at the intensive. Because of that, we value implementation just as much as we value learning so we every time we craft a schedule that allows our attendees to have time to implement what they are learning, and have us there to help them as they do!
Megan and I are currently planning details for our 3rd intensive in September in Nashville, TN (There are 2 spots left – see all the details here!!)! But before I get carried away with all that Nashville has to offer, I want to reminisce about our last intensive! 🙂
In February, we hosted our intensive at a gorgeous Airbnb in Charleston, SC! We had an incredible group of 7 women attend. I loved how small & intimate this experience was and think we truly found our “sweet spot” with the content provided, the implementation time & the number of people. Megan and I were able to dig deep with these women on both personal and business levels; they weren’t afraid to do the hard work to grow their business and their life – and they’ve taken so much action since we left Charleston!!
Traci, Sianne, Heather, Katie, Emily, Jenna and Liz – thank you, thank you for trusting me & Megan with your business dreams. You are incredible women & I’m honored to know you!! I can’t wait to see where you go from here!!
