What a week!! Between Matt and I both getting the flu (yuck!) and celebrating Christmas four times, I’d say it’s a week we will never forget!!:)
Christmas Day we opened presents with Matt’s family … our nephew, Nathan, is such a cutie & I loved seeing Christmas through his eyes!!!
That night, we went to my grandmother’s house to do Secret Santa with the family. It’s always SO fun to see who drew one another & all the crazy antics that take place!!
We spent the rest of the week with Matt’s family laughing, playing board games, shopping & eating TOO MUCH!! Then Saturday, we drove to my other grandparent’s home for potato soup, ham biscuits & more gifts!! I’m so close with my Mamaw and Papaw and am so grateful for all they do for me!!
And, last but certainly not least, yesterday we woke up to one final visit from Santa at my parent’s house!! We spent the morning eating breakfast casserole (a family recipe!), looking through our stocking and giving each other our presents.
Matt and I are truly BLESSED to have such a wonderful family to spend the holidays with… while it does get a little crazy trying to schedule everyone in, I am so thankful we live close enough to make it work!!
