Weekend Wrap-Up: Hello, July!

I know July 1st is tomorrow, but the blog is jam packed this week so I’m welcoming July today, and sharing my monthly goals and recapping the weekend:)

I had a styled shoot on Friday with Alex Meyer Events, Bulloss Photography and Jeana M Photography; I LOVED the team effort that went into this shoot. Alex is one of a kind, and I am so happy we’ll be working together at least one more time this year! I’m also excited to see the galleries from Jess & Jeana! Saturday, Matt and I left for the beach!!:) I can’t tell you how excited I am to be here for a WHOLE WEEK. YES! So don’t let the pre-blogging fool you:) My goal is to spend more time relaxing than working, so my auto-reply is up on my emails & I’ll be returning them a bit slower than usual. Thanks for being patient & letting this girl have a family vacation!!

As for the goals… I did not complete every June goal… but I put in a good effort!! The basement is 90% purged, my client experience is ordered but not in yet, and I did not run 3-4 mornings. I think I probably ran a total of 3 times all month!! AH! I NEED to get better with being physically active!!!

JULY GOALS

1. FINISH purging the basement. Just one little section left:)

2. FINISH putting the client experience for 2015 brides together. I AM SO EXCITED for this!!!

3. Non-Stop Wedding/Shoots starting soon! Almost every weekend starting the end of this month through November is booked… it’s crazy!! I want to be physically and mentally prepared for the “busy”; I need to schedule my time wisely and ENJOY every bit of it!!

4. Enjoy our 1st Wedding Anniversary. It’s been one whole year… I can’t even believe it!!! We’re saving money, so we’re not doing anything extravagant; I’m reminding myself that it’s not about what we do, just who I’m with:)

5. Paint my desk, mirror & file cabinet. The DSE office is coming together… now it’s time to start painting before busy season arrives!
