Weekend Wrap-Up: Hello, June

ali 2

Oh, friends. This weekend’s wedding was AMAZING… It couldn’t have been any better. Ali was STUNNING, the weather was gorgeous and all of the details came together to create a memorable, southern, vintage affair. I am SO grateful for my amazing husband who worked a 13 hour day with me… lifting tables, arranging centerpieces, pinning bouts & cuing music. And, I am SO glad that Kimmie & her fiancé Andrew stayed with us all weekend!!! We LOVE these two, and had so much fun working the wedding with them, eating pizza at 1am and lounging around in our PJ’s Sunday morning. I can’t WAIT to blog the whole wedding, but for now enjoy a few sneak peeks in this post!!

Before we get into my June goals … Let’s announce the Giveaway Winners:

This week is going to be the first “normal” week in a while. The site is live, the giveaway week is over and I have a line-up of blog posts coming your way this month. The last month has been AMAZING, but I’m ready to settle in and get back to the normal routine.

Take a look at my May goal’s here. I’m happy to say I was able to complete ALL of them!! My closet is purged (after 4 trash bags sent to goodwill), the brand has arrived (!!!!), I completed the scripture challenge, had 3 amazing weddings and completed the Herbal Cleanse. I have to say, May was a good month!!:)

JUNE GOALS

1. Organize/Purge the Basement. Our basement is unfinished. It houses our washer & dryer, random décor & holiday items, and my DSE Décor Rentals. It’s a MESS, ha. I need to get down there, purge out things we don’t use or will never use, and reorganize what we DO use. It’ll be a project, that’s for sure.

2. Finish up my Client Experience details. I have a few more items to order & I plan to get them in & ready to send out to my 2015 brides!!!

3. Attend Katelyn’s Small Business Social. SO EXCITED!!! You should come, too:)

4. Run 3-4 mornings a week. I NEED to do this, y’all!!! We head to the beach on June 28 (!!!!), and I want to feel my very best for our week of relaxation on the sand.

5. Get ready for Summer/Fall weddings. Surprisingly, I don’t have any weddings in June. Since I already have 3 booked for next June, it’s a little strange the June weddings skipped past me this year!! But even though there isn’t a wedding this month, I am busy, busy, busy gearing up for my summer/fall brides, taking a much needed vacation,  and prepping for several shoots in June & August. I want to use my time wisely, and be fully prepared when my busy season hits.

What are your June goals?! I’d love to hear what you have going on this month!!
