How is it already Monday?! This weekend FLEW by!!!
(Do I say that on every weekend wrap-up?!):)
Thursday afternoon Matt and I drove up to West Virginia to spend a few days in a cabin with my family. We stayed right outside of Fayetteville and it was such a quaint little town! We went white water rafting (SO MUCH FUN), explored a bit of the area, played lots of corn-hole & we were able to take advantage of the hot tub at our cabin! Although short, it was much needed & I’m so glad we could go!!
Sunday was the styled shoot for Katie Nesbitt’s workshop (remember the inspiration board?). It was AMAZING. Seriously. I know I say this about every shoot, but I really, really love this one because it allowed me to push my “design comfort zone” box even further! I can’t WAIT to see her images!!! I loved being apart of an educational experience for photographers; it was different from the usual styled shoots I work on, and I’m really thankful Katie asked me to be apart of it!! I loved meeting the other photographers & seeing how they styled & posed various details; I also loved chatting with this sweet girl & hope to see her again soon!! I LOVE meeting other creatives who live near me, it makes meeting for coffee so much easier:) And, because I always take WAY TOO MANY iPhone pics on shoot days, here are a few of my favorites…
