Let’s break down the 3 must-do tasks for your spring clean session:
1. Clean Out Cold Subscribers
It might feel scary to delete subscribers, but trust me—keeping disengaged contacts around is hurting your open rates, your deliverability, and your confidence.
Here’s what to do:
- Use your platform’s filter tools to identify cold subscribers (usually based on no opens/clicks in the past 60–90 days)
- Send a 3–4 part re-engagement sequence to give them one last chance to stay
- Anyone who doesn’t re-engage? Delete them. Yes. Really!

2. Audit Tags, Forms & Sequences
