Asana is like a digital notebook for your projects
You can view your work in different formats: List View, Board View, Calendar View, and Timeline View. You get to choose the layout that best fits your brain (We personally love the Board view!)!
Start by creating a Project:
This is your main workspace — like a board in Trello. It could be for content planning, client work, launches, events, or anything else you need to manage.
Then create Tasks within your Project:
✅ Tasks can have due dates, assignees, subtasks, descriptions, comments, attachments, and tags.
Add Sections to group your tasks and keep things visually organized:
For example, in a Content Calendar Project, you might have sections like “Brainstorm,” “Writing,” “Editing,” “Scheduled,” and “Published.”
