“Being fairly new business owners, we began to see recurring themes in our conversations with others: a need for purposeful community among small business owners, a desire for practical business knowledge, and the demand for a conference that combined the two without breaking the bank! After talking with a few industry leaders, we realized we weren’t the only ones with this desire!!! SO many women were looking for an avenue to grow & connect & encourage!! So we founded a conference that relates to ALL creatives…. with a goal to instill compassion, not competition; knowledge, not confusion; and encouragement, not doubt. Creative At Heart is for all “creatives at heart”. It’s our labor of love and we couldn’t be more excited to see this big dream coming true!!”

FRIENDS!!! I’m a little shocked that this is ACTUALLY happening. I feel like I say that a lot on the blog. But truth be told, the last year of my life has been a whirlwind. See, I finally decided to start MOVING, and DREAMING and not taking NO for an answer… and things started happening. Big things. Life Changing things. Things that make me cry out of the sheer joy of it all!!!

Today, my sweet, amazing, extraordinary friend Taylor and I launched the Creative At Heart website!!!

What started out as a little dream, grew & expanded into something so incredible I have to pinch myself that it’s MY dream… and it’s HAPPENING!!!! In January, 75 amazing creatives will learn & grow & connect with one another in an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll eat together, laugh together, learn together and maybe even cry together. It’s going to be AMAZING, y’all!!!
