Happy Monday, friends!!
I apologize for being MIA on the blog last week – fall season definitely got the best of me & I needed to take a breather from the blog to focus on some other to-dos I had on my plate!
Last weekend was my first weekend off since mid-August and it was so much fun to spend a weekend with friends & family! I LOVE my brides, and am SO BLESSED by my line of work – but everyone needs a bit of rest and this past weekend came at a perfect time for me!!
It was Bridgewater’s homecoming (my alma mater) and that meant tailgating, football and corn hole with friends & family!! It was a cold but gorgeous weekend … fall had arrived in all it’s glory!! We spent so much time outside enjoying the weather & it was great to see my college besties again!
take one, two & three of the group picture, ha!
On Sunday, Matt and I hosted a few families from our church for workshop and a picnic. There’s something really beautiful about gathering together with 35 others to sing Amazing Grace in your living room:) I’m so thankful we were able to open up our home & meet some families who live close by!!
And, lastly, our bathroom renovation is DONE!!! You guys!!!! We’ve been working on this project for 2 months and I am SO EXCITED to say that our house is almost back to normal!!!! We finished the en-suite bathroom and the half bath, now we’re focusing on finishing up the master bedroom and continuing to unpack & decorate – the fun stuff!!:) I can’t WAIT to share some pictures with y’all!!!:)
xo!! kat
