Hi, friends!! How was your weekend?! Do anything fun?

Matt and I had such a relaxing anniversary weekend!! We decided not to take a trip, because we are trying to save for our first home. As much as the romantic in me wanted a trip away with my husband, I’ll admit it was so much more practical to not only save money but to also spend a relaxing weekend at home! We’re so busy (and about to get into my peek season), so having no set plans on Saturday was absolutely amazing!! We slept in, made an amazing breakfast, took Knox on a hike & ended the night with tacos & Jerry Maguire. Amazing, right?

There’s something about just simply being at home that makes you appreciate it when you’re not. Like I said, starting this weekend, I’m jam packed until November (ah!) so there won’t be many more Saturday’s like that.
