If you’re new to evergreen emails, think of them as automated emails that your audience receives when they take a specific action—like signing up for your freebie, joining your list, or buying a product. Unlike weekly newsletters or live launch emails, these are always running in the background, working 24/7 to:

✅ Nurture leads
✅ Educate your audience
✅ Pitch your products or services

The best part? Evergreen emails help you stay consistent (even when life gets busy) and create touchpoints with your audience that build trust over time.

The 3 Types of Evergreen Email Flows Every Digital Business Needs

How to Space Out Your Emails (Without Overwhelming Your List)

One of the most common mistakes we see? Sending emails way too far apart—or worse, ghosting your list altogether.

The timing of your evergreen emails matters just as much as the content. When someone first opts in—whether for a freebie or your newsletter—send emails closer together (daily or every other day) while their interest is high.

Once you’ve introduced yourself and delivered value, you can slow the pace to once a week or bi-weekly. This gives your audience breathing room while still keeping your brand top of mind. During sales sequences, pick up the pace again—daily emails work best when creating urgency and driving conversions.

Pro tip: Always sandwich your sales emails between value-driven nurture emails to maintain trust and avoid overwhelming your audience.
