If content creation has you spiraling—you’re not alone!

Between juggling multiple offers, platforms, freebies, and launches… it’s a lot. That’s why in this week’s episode of Think Like an Integrator, I’m sitting down with our Project Manager and content planning pro, Samantha, to walk you through our 3-part content framework: Organize, Schedule, and Repurpose. Whether you’re mapping out your next launch or building evergreen systems, this method will help you plan with clarity and ease. ✨

 

Step One: Organize Your Offers + Content Goals

You can’t plan your content if you don’t know what you’re pointing to! Start by listing out every offer, freebie, and funnel in your ecosystem. We love using tools like Miro for visual mapping, Google Sheets for offer trackers, and Trello or Asana for project management. From there, connect the dots: which offers build trust? Which drives revenue? What do you want to emphasize this quarter?

Pro tip: Anchor your calendar in your business goals. Launching something in May? Make April your prep month. Selling evergreen? Start theming content around the pain point your product solves.

 

Step Two: Schedule Your Content Calendar (Realistically!)

We love planning by quarter and narrowing focus month-by-month. That could mean:

  • One product of the month (like a client fave from Black Friday!)
  • One key freebie or list builder
  • One big content theme (aligned with your offer!)

Pro tip: Balance personal and business life as you plan—don’t overcommit during travel-heavy months or busy seasons. Use your content plan to simplify, not stress!

 

Step Three: Repurpose Strategically

Once your content is planned, don’t reinvent the wheel! Take one piece of core content—like a blog, podcast, or YouTube video—and spin it into:

  • Instagram posts + stories
  • Reels or YouTube shorts
  • Emails or newsletters
  • Pinterest pins

Stick with consistent messaging across platforms. We call this the “wagon wheel method,” where your main content hub connects to all the spokes!

 

​​Track It All with a Scorecard

Data doesn’t have to be scary! Use a monthly scorecard to track things like list growth, funnel performance, top performing content, and revenue by offer. You’ll make better, smarter decisions about what to repurpose or promote next!
