Although I know a lot of people say today is just a commercialized holiday to get you to buy chocolate & roses & feel horrible if you’re single… I have to disagree. Love should definitely be celebrated – and what better way to celebrate than a day full of hearts & flowers & hot pink. If you’re single, have a really awesome party with your best girls. And, if you’ve found your sweetie, really dedicate your time to serving & loving on him… whatever that may look like for the two of you!
Tonight, Matt and I aren’t dressing up & fighting the restaurant crowds. We’re ordering Chinese Food, watching The Princess Bride and snuggling on the couch with Knox. That’s us. Completely & 100% us. Today is our 7th Valentine’s together; and our first married one. I’m really, really excited he’s my Valentine forever. I mean, look at that goofy face?! 🙂
