Anyone who has heard me talk about running a small biz knows I LOVE a Quarterly Plan!! When Manali Sontakke invited me on her Behind the Business Podcast to talk ALL about Quarterly Planning, I just couldn’t resist the chance to get into it with her!!
Quarterly Planning is organizing your business in a way that allows you to see if a goal can actually happen in a given time frame. For many of us as small biz owners, we may be really good at vision casting and seeing big picture, but we have a hard time actually making that happen. Quarterly planning actually does that for us!! When you slowly work through goals in 90 days at a time, you have a better grasp on everything that is coming. This method gives you a chance to reevaluate and pivot!!
