Let’s be honest: summer is weird when you run a digital business!
Your schedule is all over the place (hello, camp drop-off chaos and pool day plans). Your audience might feel quieter than usual. And you? You’re trying to balance sunscreen, snacks, AND sales.
So if you’re staring down a slower season and wondering what you should actually do in your business this summer… this post is for you!
In this final episode of Season 2 of Think Like an Integrator, I’m sharing 3 practical ways to use your summer to support your business goals without taking on too much. Whether your revenue dips in July or you’re just craving a slower pace, here’s what you can focus on now that’ll pay off later:
1. Run a Micro-Sale or Product Bundle
You don’t need a full launch runway to boost your revenue this summer. Take something you already have—templates, trainings, mini offers—and repackage them into a limited-time bundle or flash sale!
✨ Pro Tip: Keep it super simple. Give yourself one week to plan and promote. Send a few emails, post on social, and create an “easy yes” for your audience!
2. Collect Social Proof While You Have the Time
Testimonials and student results are gold—but they’re also the first thing to fall off your to-do list. Use this slower season to follow up with past clients, gather screenshots, and organize your proof so it’s ready for your next big launch.
Repurpose those wins on your sales page, in emails, and across your content. Bonus points for using trending audio to create testimonial reels!
3. Audit Your Evergreen Systems
When’s the last time you checked your welcome sequence or evergreen sales funnel? If it’s been a while, now’s a great time to review what’s running in the background.
Ask yourself:
- Are my email flows still aligned with my offers?
- Do I need to update any links, branding, or bios?
- Does this system still feel like me?
Evergreen doesn’t mean set it and forget it. Use the margin of summer to refine what’s already working for you behind the scenes!
You don’t need to do everything this summer. You just need to do the right things.
Whether that’s resting more, prepping your fall strategy, or tackling a tiny-but-mighty project—your time is still valuable, even if the pace is different.
