That’s why I flew my leadership team to Texas…not just for the tacos and the team bonding (though both were amazing), but to intentionally pause, realign, and lead with clarity.

The heart of this retreat was stewardship…stewarding my role as CEO, stewarding the team culture, and stewarding the mission of our agency.

My Biggest Takeaways as CEO

1. I don’t need all the answers — I need to create space for the right conversations.
   Leadership isn’t about control. It’s about trust and intentionality.
   
2. Clarity doesn’t come from hustle — it comes from pause.
   Every time I step away to reflect, I come back with more direction.
   
3. Your team culture starts with YOU.
   From spiritual encouragement to strategic clarity, my role is to set the tone.

• Plan a CEO Day off-site — Even 3 hours at a coffee shop with your notebook can create space for breakthroughs.
• Schedule Quarterly Audits — Set recurring dates to reflect on what’s working (and what’s not) in your business.
• Create a Stop-Doing List — Delegate, pause, or restructure anything that’s draining your energy.
