We spent a long weekend in our hometown with family & friends eating WAY too much turkey & dressing, enjoying late night chats & a little bit of shopping!
We’re so blessed because both of our families live approx. 40 min apart; during the holidays we’re able to see both sides of our family, and we know we’re SO lucky!! I can’t image them being states apart and having to trade years back & forth!
Yesterday, Matt and I managed to find the perfect tree for our first Christmas in our new home!! I’ve got big decorating plans, and can’t wait to dive right in!!! December is by far our FAVORITE month of the year – we watch tons of Christmas movies, play Christmas music all day long & love to enjoy every aspect of this time of year!!
Tonight registration opens for Creative at Heart Round 4, and tomorrow I’m heading up to New Haven, CT for Justin & Mary’s What’s Next Getaway !!! I’m honored to be guest speaking & excited to enjoy a mini-girls-trip with Ally & Annmarie!!
The first week of this month will be a busy one, and then I plan to spend some time soaking in the holidays, with bits of shopping & wrapping thrown in there:)
