Weekend Wrap-Up: 4th of July!

Happy Monday, friends!!!

Today’s weekend wrap-up short and sweet:) On Saturday, Matt, Knox and I drove down to the Outer Banks of NC and we’ll be here all week!!! It may have taken us double the time it usually does due to holiday traffic, but we MADE it and I could NOT be more excited!!! Knox LOVES the water and we’ve had so much fun running around with him!!! He’s also become quite an excellent crab-chaser:)

We spent Saturday night on the beach watching fireworks and all day yesterday (and today, and tomorrow…) my beach chair & book will be calling my name! I’ve already finished one book & am moving on to another today:) In my mind, reading and vacation go hand-in-hand!!!

Here’s a few quick snapshots of our trip thus far! I’m leaving my phone at the house as much as possible so I don’t have too many to share:)
