Today’s your birthday!!!! YAY!!! I’m so, so happy you were born 24 years ago. March 13 is one of my favorite days because it’s a day dedicated to YOU… and you deserve that.
I LOVE being your wife, Matt. It’s the greatest blessing in my life… and one I really don’t deserve. I love waking up with you in the mornings (I’m sorry it takes my alarm going off at least twice before I get out of bed!)! And I love falling asleep with you at night (even though you hate cuddling & we’re constantly fighting Knox for the covers). I’m so grateful you cook the most delicious meals, and even though I hate it, it’s good nutrition that you make me eat my vegetables before I can leave the table. You have faith that moves mountains, even when all the chips are down. I admire that, so much. I admire your patience… with me, with the children you teach, and with God’s plan being faithful & just. You’re the best provider, encourager, adventurer & Lord-of-the-Rings-watcher. You constantly calm my “what-if-ing” heart. Your loyal, so loyal. And you’re the best daddy to our crazy pup… I can’t wait to see you with our children in a few years. You laugh with me, joke with me, and do the best robot dance around. I love our inside jokes… SO MUCH!!! I love that you’ve been my best friend since I was 18 years old; and I love that the first time we really hung out was at a party celebrating our birthdays!! I can’t wait to eat stuffed crust pizza & earthquake cake with you tonight, and to laugh & love & grow old together.
