I can’t even believe that Creative at Heart Round 4 has come and gone!!! It FLEW by and was so bittersweet!!! I LOVE conference weekend, y’all! Call me crazy, but if I could host a conference EVERY SINGLE MONTH I would do it in a HEARTBEAT!!!! I love it THAT much!!!:) (The #creativeatheartteam is probably cringing as they read that, ha!)! Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lot of work & usually takes me a full 48 hours of rest to feel “normal again” … but it’s WORTH it, in every way!!!!

The good news?! Round 4 was AMAZING and we get to do it all over again in just 4 months at Round 5! And this time we’ll be in DENVER – ah!!! But before I get too ahead of myself, I want to share a few of my favorite Instagram images from our Annapolis experience. I’m actually not able to hop on instagram myself very much – in fact, I think moving forward I’m going to have a designated “DSE Instagram-er” because I just don’t have time!!! While I may not get to Instagram much myself, I LOVE scrolling through the hashtag (#creativeatheartround4) and seeing how much FUN everyone is having!! It literally brings tears to my eyes & makes every single stress SO WORTH it!!!

This conference was our VERY FIRST three-day event. We offered 2 hands on classes – watercolor & calligraphy – and hosted more of a “retreat” atmosphere due to the additional day to relax AND the AMAZING space we used!! We really wanted attendees to get to know each other, build intimate relationships through smaller panel groups AND provide INCREDIBLE presentations with 16 amazing industry leaders. I also celebrated my 27th birthday with 100 of my FAVORITE people AND my mama attended with her sights on her budding photographer business – seriously SO proud!! I’m telling you, this may be my favorite one yet (and that’s saying A LOT!!!)!!!
